PG Retreat 2014 @ Pearlstone Center

We are very pleased to open PGR's East Coast Retreat, at Pearlstone Center, located in Maryland, 30 minutes from BWI airport and about 1.5 hours from Washington DC.

About Registration
Registration will open for all members, and for both 2014 Retreats on Saturday, July 6th, at 12:00 noon, mountain time. Both registration lists will remain open until each Retreat's list reaches 60% capacity.

Assuming we reach the 60% point, registration will close and will then re-open on Saturday, July 13th, at 12:00 noon, mountain time, and will continue until each Retreat reaches 90% of their respective capacities. (The 6th and the 13th correspond to the second-to-the-last days at both 2013 Retreats.)

We will then launch an Unassigned / Wait list for each Retreat, and the registration teams will then contact families on the Unassigned / Wait lists as openings become available and until the Retreats are full.

The Waiting List
When each Retreat reaches 90% of capacity, we will close registration and create a waiting list. We do this so we can match family requests for certain room types and then determine how much space is actually available.

Please know that every year so far we have been able to accommodate virtually everyone on the waiting lists, simply because plans change for some families over the course of the 12 months between now and the 2014 Retreats. Do register soon, however, as we take families off the waiting lists on a first come, first served basis.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$250 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration.
$1,000 payment due March 1st.
Final invoice due May 1st.

Dates & Travel Planning Details
We will gather from Wednesday, July 16 through Sunday, July 20.

On Wednesday, Registration will begin at 2:00 pm.
New Family Orientation is from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
Dinner is at 6:00 pm.

We will conclude on Sunday by 11:00 am, after the closing breakfast and slide show.

Deposit
A deposit of $250 is due upon registration. It is not refundable.

Scholarship Families
if you are planning on applying for a scholarship, and you will not be able to attend without a scholarship, then you do not need to make a deposit. You need to register and then send an email to scholarship@pgretreat.com indicating that you have registered, or that you are on a waiting list, and that you will be applying for a scholarship.

How to Pay
You can pay by check or credit card.

Select "MANUAL" to pay by check. (Checks save us the credit card fees.) Please make your check payable to "CNDC FBO PGR." The mailing address for checks is as follows. If you are sending a check by mail please let the treasurer know by email to expect it.
